| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the contact states that the manufacturer will not fix the following recall campaign id 04e001000 concerning headlights. the recall summary deals with hidden headlight conversion kits. these lighting sources do not conform to the electrical specifications that are required by federal motor vehicle safety standard no. 108, lamps, reflective devices, and associated equipment. the remedy: pacific micro-light will repurchase the noncompliant kits. owner notification began march 29, 2004. owners who do not receive the free remedy within a reasonable time should contact pacific micro-lite at 310-364-5219. the manufacturer never notified him however he was aware of the recall that was in effect.*ak |
