| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the consumer owns a 2005 united cargo trailer. the manufacturer is us cargo and the model is united cargo. he states that the mso load capacity is incorrect. these trailers are custom built for the consumer and the base trailer is 7500 but with gvwr is 21000 and they did not change the mso after the trailers were custom built. the trailer was actually weighed empty at 17620 lbs. after they added the living quarters and all the cabinetry in it, it leaves the consumer 3000lb load capacity and the gvwr stated that it would be a 13500 lb load capacity. *jb |
