| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: caller has had van for a little over a year and in november 2004 the brakes started making a noise and van would not respond to giving it gas. caller stated the rpms revved, but the van would not accelerate. the caller said her husband hit the brake and the steering wheel shook. the brake rotors warped and the axle needed to be rebuilt. the transmission shift unit also needed to be replaced. dealer replaced the rotors and they were rebuilding the axle and replaced transmission shift unit. manufacturer has been contacted. the caller was waiting for them to call her back.*ak |
