| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My transmission slips out of 3rd back into 2nd, also there is sometimes a false neutral between these gears, at first it was once a day, now it's several times in a hundred mile ride. i spoke with my dealer, he immediately called victory and they told him they had no knowledge of a tranny prolblem, but would let him investigate. if anything was found to be a flaw they'd take care of the parts, if nothing was found i was on my own.( meaning i had to pay for the bill for the whole thing parts and labor. i noted my first time i remembered it acting up as my incident date. |
