| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2000 chrysler concorde lh; ac evaporator failed after about 3 years; dealer charged me more than $500 for an analysis and re-charge, which lasted 2 months; took it back to dealer, who then told me it was the ac evaporator, and that it was out of warranty! to fix it would cost more than $1,200. i contacted the dealer and chrysler on 7.8.2005 and was told there was nothing they could do. this is grossly unfair -- especially when chrysler knows there is a known defect in its air conditioning systems. chrysler said there has been no recall on this equipment so there is nothing they can do. |
