| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: consumer complained about two problems. the first problem involved the sliding door located on the right side which did not close when it was opened. took vehicle to dealership six times. however, problem recurred on july 19, 2005, and the dealership told him to bring the vehicle back. consumer has repeatedly been told by the dealership that there was no problem. dealership replaced some parts, but consumer saw no improvement. he was concerned about the door malfunctioning when opened. what if it would malfunction when it was closed and it opened while driving. the second problem involved transmission. he received a recall notice that was dated spring/summer 2004. he took the vehicle for service and they said there was no problem. transmission hesitated while driving. *ak |
