| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: cosco safety first model # 22-500-wal, dom 12-02-2002. the car seat locked the child into the vehicle, when snapping the straps over the child it locked, had to cut the straps off, and its still locked in place. it was 100 degrees out. had at least 3 men trying to unlock it ,and it would not unlock. this happened monday july 18, 2005. *ak |
