| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the contact owned a 2003 gmc sierra 1500 hd. contact received a recall letter for automatic seat failure. when getting out of the vehicle seat was suppose to move back to let consumer out, but instead it was moving forward, causing consumer to go under the steering wheel. consumer called the dealership for the last six months, they knew the problem existed, but were unable to fix the problem. therefore, there was nothing that they could do right now. the instrument panel will just came on without anyone touching anything. the problem with the seat happened at least once a day. it will reset itself all the time.*ak |
