| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: 1999 volvo s70. the consumer stated there was an investigation open for the vehicle speed control. the electronic throttle control had to be replaced although the vehicle did not stall. this happened approximately march 26, 2004. the check engine light came on, but vehicle seemed to be running fine. when the consumer took the vehicle to the dealer, they stated it was because of the electronic throttle control. the consumer paid for the replacement. this only happened once. *ak |
