| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: rv, 5th wheel cougar made by keystone rv company in goshen had a problem with the frame. while driving the i-beam frames were buckled inward. there was an advisory service bulletin #00-9 on this issue. but the consumer was never notified by keystone or the dealer. the dealer has insisted that vehicle could not be driven due to cracks. the consumer had to buy a new trailer.*ak the shackles attaching the leaf springs to the main frame were cracked/broken and separating from the frame. the consumer's insurance company deemed the trailer a total loss and paid the consumer $14,756.00, the cost of a used trailer. *nm |
