| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Water gets in the door panel every time it rains or we wash the car. three different mazda dealers tried to fix the problem five times, unsuccessfully. i am afraid to drive my children in the car. the door is electric and it could cause a serious problem. also mold could develop in there. i have contacted the mazda corporation. they inspected the car. the problem has been identified by mazda. they promised to resolve the problem, but are not doing anything about it. they ignore my phone calls and letters. what should i do? thanks. *jb |
