| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: transmission failed twice. in 06-2004 the first time transmission failed. the consumer could feel that the gear shift did not shift smoothly. the consumer found out that there had been a recall on the transmission. the transmission had been replaced in 7-2004. the second time the transmission failed was on 8-15-05. the dealership replaced the transmission again. the vehicle was still under warranty. when she contacted the manufacturer, they told her that if she did not feel safe she should sell the vehicle. *ak |
