| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the aluminum wheels corroded on the inner seal of the tire rim. this was discovered by a tire dealer when the vehicle was taken to a tire service dealer for a loss of air of those tires. these were factory directed wheels that came on vehicle at purchase and had 42,000 miles on the tires. they were corrosive. they were grounded down and placed a black adhesive to seal the tires by the tire dealer. contacted the dealer and general motors, who noted this was out of warranty and did not want to replace the wheels. no corrections or repairs other than the service the tire service dealer performed. *ak |
