| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: december 7, 2004 i took my van into the dealership because it was making this loud sound on the drivers side and was worse when i turned the wheel. they said they performed the recall which fixed the problem. 3 months later i noticed the noise had returned. i took it in on july 7 to have them check the loud noise again and they said they could not duplicate the problem. i once again took it in beginning of august for same problem. this time they had the vehicle 4 days and replaced the power steering. took it home and the noise was still there. i took it in one week late for the same loud noise. this time they kept it 2 days and replaced the power steering hose. well i took it in again today 9/7 for the same noise and have offered to go in tomorrow morning to diagnose the problem myself. *jb |
