Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Dt: the contact owns a 2002 pontiac grand prix. the security system is too sensitive because the car will lock and he has to wait for 20 minutes to move the vehicle. this will occur if the key is dirty or anything that will trigger the anti-theft system. he does not mind that the car has this feature. but the feature is too sensitive. this occurred a lot here lately. the contact contacted the manufacturer, and they told him that they could not reset the system, and there was nothing they could do about this vehicle because this was simply the way it was made. *ak *jb
