| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2001 gmc sierra when i come in for stop the abs kicks in and the truck will not stop. will go about 5 to 10 feet from were you want it to stop it. i called gmc after hearing about the recall for 2001 trucks and they said that my vin number was not on the recall they had to of used the same parts on all of their trucks for that year so they are lying and my brake rotors fall apart about 41,000 miles front and back they replaced them after some '!@#$% on my end and when i hit 83,000 miles the high quality gmc rotors that they replaced fall apart on me again and they said that was normal and would not replace them. *jb |
