Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: 3.1l gm v-6 pontiac grand prix se - leaking intake manifold gasket. causes leak out of coolant, migration of coolant to oil and oil to coolant reservoir damaging internal components and hoses as well as running vehicle low on fluid levels and making a general mess of everything around it. gm is fully aware of this defect yet refuses to act on it in the form of a recall. there are numerous tsb's regarding replacement of the gasket with a newer metallic version created due to the fact that the plastic versions in so many gm vehicles fail. a recall is demanded. *nm
