| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: When i bought my van in may of 2004 i began having problems with my windshield wipers only working sporadically, i thought i would check into it and see if might be a recall regarding my vehicle. when i went online to search i found the exact problem i was having and checked to see if i was covered, i discovered multiple gm recalls that covered the problem i was having, and online it seemed as though my van qualified. when i phoned a dealer with my vin #, i was told i was not covered under the recall. i believe that my vehicle is experiencing the same problem covered by the recall of thousands of other gm vehicles. also, i have replaced the wind shield wiper motor and still have the same problem. *jb |
