Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I own a 1998 chevy s-10. the windshield wipers have stopped working after months of very sporadic behavior. this behavior began after only 19,000 miles. the consequences of wipers not working are obviously grave. faulty circuit board has to be replaced (the same board involved in the 1997 recall). i have heard and read of many, many others with the same problem. *nm
