| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt : the contact stated on october 1, 2004 the abs light was came on and stayed on intermittently. contact has to increase stopping distance in order to get the vehicle to stop. the abs system will activated when coming to a stop. contact stated she has taken the vehicle to the local dealers, and they said the abs module needed to be replaced. also, the contact states that the abs system did not work at all now. the abs brakes experienced the same problem mentioned in the recall. however, when contacting the dealer they claimed that replacing the abs module was not part of the recall. *ak |
