| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Airbags did not deploy during a head on collision. the backseat seatbelt also did not lock when the collision occurred, which resulted in my child's car seat moving forward and allowing the child to sustain head trauma during the accident. the passenger of the vehicle sustained injuries. the driver sustained bruised ribs from hitting the steering wheel. the truck had quite a bit of frontal damage and took several weeks to repair. i assumed the airbags would've been checked during the time the repairs were done at a local dodge dealership. |
