Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the contacts complained about electrical problems. the dashboard board gauges were incorrect. this happened every time that the vehicle was in use. every light on the dashboard came on. the electrical problems have been happening for the past week. also, he vehicle experienced starting problems. the vehicle sometimes will not start the first time when trying to start it. the contact has to wait about 20 minutes then start the vehicle again. the battery has been checked and it was charging. this has been an intermittent problem for a year. she spoke to gm, and they said to take the vehicle to the dealer for diagnostic testing. she has not taken the vehicle to a dealership at this time.*ak |
