| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: dt: the contact states when he applied the brakes the abs activated. this happened at lower speeds when the brakes were applied. on one occasion he panic braked and the vehicle would not stop. this resulted in the contact's vehicle hitting another vehicle. there was a recall for this type of vehicle, but the manufacturer said this vehicle was not included in the recall. the service dealer cleaned the abs sensors after the accident occurred. he assumed this was a safety problem. this corrected the problem. *ak |
