| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the consumer experienced thumping and torsion within the steering wheel. the vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer who remedied this condition by lubrication. the problem soon returned, and the dealer replaced the steering column. however the problem recurred and the dealer replaced the entire steering column. he contacted the manufacturer, and they stated they would not accept any financial responsibility now or in the future. there have been no further repairs at this time. *ak updated 11/16/05. *jb |
