| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the contact stated nhtsa recall 02v050000 concerning the trailer hitch was issued. this vehicle manifested the same problem as indicated in the recall, but the dealer refused to make repairs because the vehicle was previously in a wreck. the contact did not understand this exclusion because the vehicle only sustained damage to the front end. it was wrecked by the previous owner and sold to the contact before any repairs were made. the dealer who refused to service the recall was the same dealer who sold the vehicle to the contact after the accident.*ak |
