Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Dt: the contact stated since purchasing the vehicle it has bucked while braking. it was as though the back brakes were working and the front brakes did not work. the vehicle was taken to the dealership multiple times, but they were unable to diagnose the problem. the vehicle was taken to a local mechanic, and he changed the rotors. this did not repair the problem. recently heard a pop, and when she tried to apply the brakes they went to the floor. she had to drive into a handicap sign to stop the vehicle. she was unable to turn the vehicle around to have it towed. it has not been to a dealer. *ak
