| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2004 quest minivan in for front end judder/vibration (6/04)@ 2000 miles-rotors cut same complaint(12/04) @ 7300+- miles-rotors cut and pads replaced same complaint(10/05) @ 15000+-miles-dealers states that rotors and brakes are needed and not covered said that because it's a heavy vehicle considered normal to replace pads @ approximately 8000+- miles and rotors as well. if there is no problem why cut rotors in 1st place, and then again with pad replacement in less than 6 months time frame? and now a 3rd occurrence ?*jb |
