| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the contact stated the driver's power adjusted seat malfunctioned. when exiting the vehicle the seat was sliding forward instead of backward to let the driver out of the vehicle. the vehicle has been taken to the dealership for inspection three times. on the third time the dealer unplugged the seat. the manufacturer was contacted ,and they were in touch with the dealership. the dealer and the manufacturer concluded that the seat was performing correctly. however, at this time, the dealer left the seat unplugged since they could not repair it. *ak |
