| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the contact stated all four goodyear integrity tires on 2004 toyota prius wore out every 20,000 miles and had to be replaced. at the time of purchase the vehicle had 23,000 miles on it and the tires were worn out and had to be replaced. the inner and outer tread wore out before the middle. the tires have been replaced two more times since then. while traveling up a mountain, on a 45 degree angle the vehicle slid backwards due to the wear. the manufacturer of the tires states it was an alignment problem. the manufacturer of the vehicle stated it was a problem with the tires. the last set of tires put on the vehicle were of a different grade, according to the tire dealership the tires could not handle the weight of the vehicle. *ak |
