| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Within a period of one month i had three window failures cause by a plastic part breaking leaving the windows in a down position and unable to raise them. it appears this is a very common problem and requires replacing the entire assembly at approximately $500 a window. the part should not be plastic and/ or should be sold as a separate piece not requiring the entire assembly. *jb |
