Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I would be driving and all of a sudden, the truck would shake while applying the brakes. the first time i went in to have them check out the problem at nissan of elk grove i was chewed out on how bad of a driver i am. he got so loud he was considered yelling by other customers of nissan. he told me how i must have been power braking the truck to generate the kind of heat necessary to warp the rotors like that. the problem was that i bought the truck on december 12, 2003 and this was happening approximately on january 15, 2004. it happened about a month after i bought the truck. i bought a truck that cost me $42,000 i have no reason to run it into the ground right off the bat. i want this truck to last me as long as last truck over 300,000 miles. i even use full synthetic oil to help protect the engine. this truck has had three completely new brake systems in it and has had brakes and rotors resurfaced four times. this lead to the tires being worn out by 11,000 miles. it was funny when there was three nissan titans to be repaired for the same problem. they denied that there is a problem and told all of us we were very hard on our vehicles. the tires all had the same wear patterns also. i sent $800 dollars to get new tires after they thought they had the problem fixed and they only had to do one more brake job since and the tires are less than 50% worn and the truck has 31,118 miles on it currently. i am willing to do whatever it takes to get this problem resolved. *jb
