| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have taken vehicle to armstrong ford, world ford, and then sawgrass ford at least 6 times for the same problem.... my vehicle jumps forward when i am not even pushing on the gas pedal. or it dies when it's on idle position. they have changed parts, done recall repairs, and the last time i had to pay over $100.00 for them to tell me they couldn't find the cause of the problem. i am afraid one day someone is going to cross in front of me and this vehicle is going to jump forward and hurt someone!!! i am tired of this problem i. have been dealing with this since a month after i bought it!!! this is crazy that they can't seem to find the cause of the problem!, and they don't want to try.... i guess they want someone to get hurt. *ak |
