| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated while driving the vehicle going 65mph a loud racing noise could be heard in the transmission, the gears sounded like they were grinding, the vehicle lost all power. the vehicle was pulled off to the side of the road and was then towed to an independent transmission shop. the transmission was replaced; the vehicle was driven for a period of time when the noises started again. the vehicle was taken to an independent repair shop once again to have the transmission inspected. upon inspection the transmission was found to be defective. no repairs made at this time. the manufacturer has been alerted. |
