| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The dash on my 1999 dodge 2500 pickup truck began to crack a few years back. thinking this was sun damage, i installed a dash cover to prevent further cracking however, the dash has continued to fracture in several places. i fear that if the air bags were ever to deploy, the cab would be filled with shrapnel and shards of plastic from the dash. in researching the automotive forums on the internet, i found this to be extremely common among these trucks. *nm |
