| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I was at a stop sign waiting for my turn to make a left hand turn. when all was clear i started to make the left hand turn and all of a sudden had absolutely no control of the steering wheel. my truck proceeded to turn in a left hand turn almost allowing me to do a 360 at a slow rate of speed. i heard a lot of noise and after about 30-60 seconds had regained control of the steering wheel landing in a ditch on the side of the road. i drove the car directly to the dealership and explained the problem. i have no idea what they did, except that they claimed to have fixed it and i have not had another one of these problems again. i am not sure of the date so i took a guess. *jb |
