| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Employee stopped vehicle and put in park, got out of truck and went inside the tool room and when he came out, he saw the truck moving backwards. he ran to get in it and the truck continued to move and hit a pole. the damage was done to the back left quarter panel, bumper,and tail gate. needs all new parts for those and taillights. we still have all the old parts . notification code e17. we received a letter from daimler chrysler about a recall for this same problem. *nm |
