| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated while stopped at a stop sign, the vehicle was hit on the driver's side front end. the air bags did not deploy. seat belts were in use however back and neck injuries were sustained. the impact was so severe; both passenger tires came off the rims and dug into the pavement. the police were on scene and a report was filed. the vehicle was towed to dealer, upon inspection no determination could be made why the air bags did not deploy. the manufacturer was alerted. updated 05/16/06. *jb |
