Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I was driving on the freeway at 70 mph in february 2004 at 10:pm. lost all power when the head manifold cracked injecting coolant into the engine. called for a wrecker and he took the 1998 delta 88 to the olds dealer in rochester michigan. the cost for the wrecker was 200.00 and the charge for repair was $2,500.00. the engine warning light is still on because of the coolant that was injected in the engine and converter. they said the only fix would be to replace the converter. another big expense. |
