| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My 2005 chrysler town and country mini van has repeatedly had its airbag light go on while operating vehicle. it has been in at least 6 or 7 times to date for repair and once they kept it for two weeks. they assured me the problem was fixed and again the light is on. i contacted chrysler who advised it was a dealer issue and nothing was resolved. now the vehicle has over 36,000 miles and the airbag light is on again and i am concerned that the unresolved repair will not be covered. the service manager from dealership also advised that airbag system will not work if light is on. this required equipment seems to be trouble prone. *nm |
