| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated that the vehicle has been having ongoing problems with sludge build up in the motor which has been affecting all the sensors and illuminating all the service lights. the vehicle was taken into an independent mechanic who replaced the camshaft sensor and the crank sensor. repairs were also made to the motor. when the problems persisted the mechanic referred the contact to the dealers check out the vehicle. the dealer were called and determined that the motor was not covered under warranty for repairs. the manufacturer was also called who referred the contact to the dealers to determine what the cause of the problem was related to. |
