| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Bose/clarion nissan/infiniti in-dash 6 disc changer problems caused by plastic gears being used for loading and disc switching mechanisms. symptoms may be err1, err2, err3, or other err messages along with a clicking sound from the cd changer assembly. this particular cd changer has been repaired at least 3 documented time. i am the second owner and spoke to the previous owner after doing some research. after viewing the service manual and seeing the failed parts, you can see the parts are made of plastic that will eventually get brittle and crack or strip out during normal usage. *nm |
