Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Tl* - the contact owns a 2000 jeep grand cherokee. the contact stated that there was a safety recall on this vehicle, and had the repairs made before the safety recall, and that it has now been 8 weeks and he has not been reimbursed. the contact was told by the manufacturer that he did not send sufficient proof to be reimbursed. the contact received the recall in november or december of 2006, but had already made the repair sabout august 2, 2004, prior to receiving the recall. the motor on the radiator fan would not work, and it was a constant problem. the current mileage was 102000.*ak updated 04/05/07. *jb
