Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: In 2003 i purchase a nissan maxima and the next year i received a recall for the skyview. i was told by nissan headquarters to take it to the nearest dealership and they would take care of me. the reason for the recall was that the glass was not tempered correctly. my concern then was that they would mess my car up on top .at the time of the recall my warranty was good. now two years later my car has correction and the paint is chipping where they replaced the glass. i took it back to the dealership that did the work previously and they say my warranty doesn't cover the paint. i have an extended warranty and that doesn't cover the problem either. at the present time nissan has giving me no hope of fixing their mistake. my car is only three yeard old and i live in texas. i should not have corroction on my car.my car is garage kept most of the time.*ak |
