| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2004 pontiac gto. while driving 5 mph, the contact heard a squealing noise when he turned the steering wheel. the tires were rotated by the repair shop, however, the noise grew louder. the repair shop reversed the rotation and returned the tires to their original positions. the tires had wear marks and the strut was discolored. there was an odi action number (pe07010). the current and failure mileages were 6,700. the consumer stated feels this is a big safety concern would like manufacturer to reimburse $1100 in repairs. the consumer provided information from the website and also photos of the defect. updated 09/18/07 *tr |
