| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have had clunking, stiffness, and metal to metal sounds in the steering column and felt in the steering wheel in which they repaired the intermediate shaft on the steering column. they have repaired it twice. it is now needing another repair. the clunking and noise is more prevalent when turning to the right. very noisy and can feel it better on slow turns to the right on normal pavement. *jb |
