Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Prior to our 2000 ford expedition being recalled for the cruise control problems, we experienced electrical problems with the interior lighting group; radio, windshield wipers, etc. after a rain, the windshield wipers would not work and the blower motor would remain on or be on without ignition activation. the battery has run down because of this! we recently experienced the problems again and took the vehicle to our mechanic who recommended an electrical specialist. he diagnosed the windshield seal leak as a contributing factor to the junction box-gem module malfunctioning. *tr |
