| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have a 1999 plymouth grand voyager that is experiencing a problem with the clockswitch (horn, cruise control not working, airbag light on). i called the recall line with chrysler and they said my van was not covered on the recall. only 1996-1998. i noticed when the investigation was taking place all vehicles from 1996-2000 were being looked at. i think chrysler should fix the problem with my clockswitch for free because this is a safety defect. *ak |
