Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: The accelerator, when at idle, has a "catch" in it which requires an inordinate amount of foot pressure to overcome and when overcome, the vehicle lurches ahead out of control until the brake is applied.this creates a dangerous condition whereby the driver is not in complete control, particularly in close quarters such as a parking lot. because of this condition, i start out with one foot on the brake and one on the accelerator in anticipation of the problem but if another driver uses my vehicle, he is not aware of the idiocyncracy and an accident is even more probable.
