Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Turn signals and brake lights fail to function properly. when daytime running lights are on the brake lights fail to brighten when the brake pedal is depressed. i looked up a forum type website "mymonte.com" and found numerous complaints about this problem. all said that it is a faulty turn signal switch relating specifically to 95-99 year models of chevrolet monte carlo. a few of these have had repeated occurrences. it is a fairly common complaint with many monte carlo owners. *cb
