| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The consumer called the manufacturer to order a set of strap's for the child seat. the 5 point harness strap on the seat were frayed and needed to be replaced. the consumer was informed that there were no replacement parts available although the sticker on the car seat indicated that it was safe to use until 2007. the consumer believes that safety parts should be available for the life of the child seat.
